1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

– hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” – and the participants – hereinafter referred to as the “Participant” – regarding the delivery of in-person training programs in the GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS methods in Austria.
2. Subject matter of the contract
- The Provider offers the following training formats::
GYROTONIC Trainer Training
GYROKINESIS Trainer Training
Update Courses
Specialization Workshops - The trainings are conducted as in-person sessions at the respective specified venue.
- The Provider is responsible for the proper execution of the training but does not guarantee a specific training outcome or certification, as this depends on the fulfillment of all international training guidelines.
3. Conclusion of contract
- Registration takes place exclusively via the registration form on the website.
- By registering, the Participant submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
- The contract is concluded upon payment of the studio fee.
- Participation is limited. Registrations are considered in order of payment receipt.
4. Participation requirements
- Participation requires good physical health and fitness.
- The Participant is obliged to inform the Provider of any health restrictions or relevant pre-existing conditions prior to the start of the training.
- Certain training sections require the completion of previous modules.
5. Training fees and payment terms
- The prices published at the time of registration apply.
- All prices are in euros.
(VAT exempt according to the Austrian small business regulation § 6 para. 1 item 27 UStG.) - Payment methods: cash or bank transfer by arrangement.
6. Cancellation by the participant
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit/studio fee is non-refundable.
from 6 weeks before the course start: 25% of the course fee is charged.
from 4 weeks before: 35%
from 2 weeks before: 50%
from 1 week before: 75%
from course start onwards: no refund is possible. - Cancellation fees do not apply if a replacement participant is provided under the same conditions or if a medical certificate is submitted.
7. Cancellation or changes by the provider
- The Provider is entitled to cancel the training for important reasons, including:
illness of the trainer
force majeure
failure to reach minimum participant numbers - Any already paid training fees will be fully refunded in such cases.
- Further claims (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are excluded, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
8. Liability
- Participation is at the Participant’s own risk.
- The Provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
- In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only to essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
- Liability for loss of profit or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- The Participant is responsible for adequate insurance coverage.
9. Copyright
- All training materials are protected by copyright.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written permission is prohibited.
- Photo, video, or audio recordings during training are only permitted with prior written approval.
10. Trademark rights
The terms GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS are registered trademarks.
The training is conducted in accordance with applicable international training and licensing guidelines.
11. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If the contract is concluded remotely (e.g. online registration), consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), unless a legal exception applies.
For services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date, the right of withdrawal may be excluded pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 10 FAGG.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- Austrian law applies, excluding conflict of law rules of international private law.
- For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
- For the Provider, the place of jurisdiction is Graz.
