Teilnahmebedingungen
Für die Teilnahme am oben genannten Kurs ist eine Anmeldung über das Online-Formular erforderlich.
Nach Erhalt der Anmeldung, bekomme ich eine E-Mail mit der Bankverbindung für die Zahlung der Kursgebühr zugesendet. Erst nach Zahlung der Kursgebühr ist ein Platz im gewählten Kurs garantiert.
Der Kurs findet mit einer Mindesteilnehmerzahl von 3 Teilnehmern statt.
Absagen und Rückerstattung:
Im Falle einer Stornierung wird die Anzahlung/Studiofee nicht zurückerstattet. Ab 6 Wochen vor Kursbeginn werden ausserdem 25% der Kursgebühr berechnet. Ab 4 Wochen vor Kursbeginn 35%, ab 2 wochen 50%, ab 1 Woche 75% und ab Kursbeginn ist keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich.
Die Stornokosten entfallen, wenn eine Ersatzperson zu den gleichen Bedingungen gestellt, oder ein ärztliches Attest vorgelegt wird.
Im Falle einer Stornierung seitens des Bewegungsateliers, wird die vollständige Anzahlung
zurückerstattet.
Mit dem Abschicken der Anmeldung, akzeptiere ich die Teilnahmebedingungen.
Terms and conditions of participation
Registration via the online form is required to participate in the above-mentioned course.
After submitting the registration, I will receive an email with the bank details for payment of the course fee. A place in the selected course is only guaranteed once the course fee has been paid.
The course will take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit/studio fee is non-refundable. From 6 weeks before the start of the course, 25% of the course fee will also be charged. From 4 weeks before the start of the course, 35% will be charged; from 2 weeks before the start, 50%; from 1 week before the start, 75%. From the start of the course onward, no refund is possible.
Cancellation fees will be waived if a replacement participant is provided under the same conditions or if a medical certificate is submitted.
In the event of a cancellation by the Bewegungsatelier, the full deposit will be refunded.
